I  work face to face at my office in Southport or remotely using Zoom which can be used to video call, call without video or text. (We can discuss alternatives if you prefer).


I offer a non-judgemental, safe space for you to explore whatever brings you to counselling.

I have experience of working with many issues, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma and relationships.

I am experienced in working both with adults and Children and Young People, specialising in work with adolescents.

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and have been accredited with the BACP since 2015.  



I provide clinical supervision for counsellors and others working in a helping capacity needing clinical support. I am a specialist in working with children and young people, and risk and safeguarding issues.



I provide a range of training and workshops, both remotely and via zoom, on topics such as ‘Introduction to Counselling Children and Young People’, ‘Creative and therapeutic Play’, Managing Anxiety’, ‘Inner-Critic, Self-Compassion and Resilience’
