Inner Critic, Self-Compassion and Resilience

Most people struggle with the inner critic, but for some the voice is at best disempowering, at worst a cruel bully. The aim of this workshop is to help manage and improve your relationship with yourself, through techniques that are valuable for personal development or for ideas on how to work therapeutically with clients.
The workshop is in 3 parts:

  • Inner-Critic
  • Self-compassion
  • Resilience

Working in a small, safe group, we will look at the powerful topics and how we can learn to look differently at our experience. You will learn a range of techniques and a variety of mindfulness practices. The skills are great for your own personal development, but also can be used effectively with your clients.

The workshop lasts 3 hours – attendance certificates provided
